Flowers for Friday....

Hello!

I'm not sure I could actually bring myself to eat today's virtual chocolate post! And I know I could certainly never make one! How gorgeous is this Chocolate Rose from Lulu's Sweet Secrets?

The post is a step by step guide to create this stunning chocolate creation.  I wish I had the patience (and the dexterity!) to make a rose that looks so real!  My talents with icing flowers go as far at the butter cream roses I made for my lovely husbands valentines cake!

Flowers are the subject of this weeks #52 Lists too! My favourite flowers, I had fun doodling this list!

I just wish I had doodled a flower with more petals, it was only after I finished I thought of all the flowers I had missed! Freesias, delphiniums, snapdragons, hydrangeas, columbines the list goes on!

All this flower talk has got me wondering what Cath Kidston has in her Spring collection, it's going to be a while yet before the first of the spring flowers appear around here, especially as they have a layer of snow on them as of today!

We could really use a new comforter, this one is lovely! The Antique Rose Bouquet White Eiderdown

You can never have too many handbags in my opinion, this one has a great bold print on it. The Bloomsbury Tote

I love this little tea bowl! I don't know if I could actually drink my tea out of it but I would love to a collection of them on display in my kitchen!

  1. I love that tote! Those chocolate flowers would make spectacular wedding favours, sat on a bed of fresh leaf tea in a little tea bowl!
